My Vision For This Website

Or more Accurately the vision I believe God has given me for this website. To him be all the glory from my efforts.

First of all I not only want this site to be a tool to build my chaplaincy ministry, but a tool to build the ministries of all those who spiritually, and emotionally support first responders. So I will be aggressive in getting my chaplaincy colleagues to join this site. We will also be using a fairly broad definition of first responders. We hope to include in our fold police,fire, EMS, The Military, CERT and other disaster workers etc. This site will always be a place where Christian Chaplains can come to learn from each other, network with each other, and serve.

Perhaps the place this site will shine the brightest is in providing a place where responders can come to be uplifted, and spiritually refreshed. Just as importantly this is a place where they can come to be listened to by people who know their world, and truly care. This is a place for chaplains, and those they serve to gather, to mingle together, and to share Christian Fellowship.

As our community reaches "critical mass" I can see us doing powerful things in each others lives !

I want to make one thing clear ! This is not about me. This website, and the larger ministry of which it is a part, are things I hold in trust for our Lord Jesus Christ. I may be the founder/leader of this effort, but when you get down to it I am just the messenger God's ambassador to first responders if you will.

One of the biggest things I have been called to do through this ministry is to empower others. Invite Your colleagues, start your own blogs, Post your photos, videos, and questions. Most of all pray for each other, and this ministry. For without God's continued wisdom and guidance this is just another batch of ones and zeros, and that would be an incredible waste !
