Larry J. Goodale said… - Pastor Marty I would love to talk with you. I am a pastor of a local church and I am getting ready to ask our volunteer fire dept. about serving as their chaplain. I would love to get a sample description of the kinds of things to present to them about why this would be an important addition. I have some ideas of what my position would be, but I think you could help me greatly define the role and responsibilites of this position.
